This website is meant primarily for ophthalmologists also known as eye surgeons who are members of DRF. You understand and agree that the website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. DRF disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the content on the website. DRF also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the website with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

The website is made available to you for your personal use only. Usage Agreement:
The designs, software, scripts, codes, and any other product distributed at DRF each carry their own separate open source license which is chosen by the designer. Upon downloading a design, designs, software, scripts, codes, you agree to use the design under its respected license.
Payment Terms:
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
